We help young people discover who they are, learn what matters, and use it to solve real problems in their communities.
Hilth Foundation is a nonprofit organisation helping young people understand what education really is. We connect learning with real life, purpose and sustainable growth, so that education becomes useful to the person and to the community. Our headquarters is in Ghana, with a vision to support young people across Africa.

Many of us were taught that education means going to school, studying hard, passing exams and finding a job. That matters, but it is only part of the story. Education is learning and applying: building character, developing the mind and gaining the ability to solve the problems around us. When people do that, their education becomes useful, and communities make progress.
It starts with knowing yourself. Before anyone can educate themselves on anything, they need to learn who they are and how they want to impact the world. Only then do they know what to learn, and what to apply.
Discover who you are and the impact you want to make.
Build the knowledge and skills your purpose requires.
Use what you learn to solve real problems.
When learning is applied, communities move forward.
We are products of what we constantly hear and see. That is why Hilth keeps these ideas in front of young people, again and again.
